How a candidate moves through

Four steps from CV to interview request

  1. 01

    CV arrives

A consultant uploads a PDF or DOCX. The original file is stored privately and never leaves the agency.

  2. 02

    Structured in the background

Text is extracted and mapped into professional fields, split from the identifying ones. Anything the extraction cannot read is filled in by hand instead.

  3. 03

    Consultant approves

Staff review every field, correct anything the extraction misread, and decide when the profile is published.

  4. 04

    Client shortlists

Client companies browse anonymised profiles by reference number, shortlist candidates, and request interviews. The agency makes the introduction.

The privacy model

Client profiles are built by copying permitted fields forward — not by hiding the rest

A client request never selects the private columns from the database. The payload starts empty and only the fields below are added to it, so a new field is invisible to clients until someone deliberately puts it on the list.
